Alucard the Wolf (Arukado za Urufu) is a character based upon Alucard Tepes from Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. He was the legendary hero that slew the demon Mephistopheles.

Mephistopheles possessed and impregnated Alucard's mother, Lisa the Wolf.

Life At Ruvas VillageEdit

After Alucard was born, Mephistopheles sought to kill Lisa and take Alucard as his successor. Lisa managed to keep the demon at bay for 7 years, all the while teaching Alucard the arts of Solaramancy and Cryomancy. The villagers never trusted Alucard, however, saying he was a demon (he was half-demon, however), and saying that Lisa should have killed Alucard when she had the chance.

Blamed for Lisa's DeathEdit

Eventually, Mephistopheles took the guise of a simple traveler and gained access to Ruvas Village without fear of suspicion. There, he killed Lisa, and managed to blame Alucard for it (who was 7 at the time). The young wolf was forced to flee Ruvas Village, otherwise the villagers would have hung him.

Ruvas Forest and the "Traveler"Edit

In order to leave the village, Alucard had to travel through the dangerous Ruvas Forest. There, he met the "traveler" (Mephistopheles in disguise) who had killed his mother (although Alucard did not know this). The traveler asked Alucard why "such a young child was wandering through this dangerous place". Alucard told the traveler what had happened, saying that his mother had suddenly died under suspicious circumstances, and that he (her son) was to blame. The traveler invited Alucard to spend the night with him at his camp. Alucard took the offer.

During the night, while Alucard slept, the "traveler" (who is obviously Mephistopheles) attempted to perform a ritual upon the young wolf that would not only give Alucard powerful Spectramancy skills, but allow Mephistopheles to influence him. The ritual lasted long enough to give Alucard the Spectramancy skills, but the wolf woke up before Mephistopheles could complete the ritual.

"Child," said Mephistopheles. "Lay still. For soon you will be my successor."

Alucard, however, fled in terror. He eventually escaped from Ruvas Forest.

Escaping to Wygol VillageEdit

After a few days of traveling, the exhausted Alucard finally came across the tiny village of Wygol. The village priest, Father Nikolai, welcomed the young wolf with open arms. Alucard lived at Wygol Village for 16 years, protecting the village from monsters.
