Alyx is an artificial life form created by Dr. Eggman Nega, she was made for unknown reasons, but it's speculated that she was made to distract Temporal Kitsempt long enough to conquer the world, but she realized that she was made for an evil purpose after getting into a full fledged fight with Temporal, after he told her that Nega is evil and does not care about anyone but himself, she betrayed him, and moved on with a better life of stopping Nega's plans from then on.

Alyx has no Abilities, but she has learned to become a Master Manipulator, which is how she can get people to help her.

It is unknown what her weaknesses are because she's artificial.
