These are the robots that Dr. Eggman used in his attempt to conquer Mobius when he discovered the Black Rock. This was codenamed "The SRB2 Raid".

Greenflower Invasion

Blue Crawla

Large blue spheres with tank treads, Blue Crawlas were badniks used to take over the Greenflower fields. Fairly simple, they slowly shuffle torwards anything within their range, and seem incapable of any harm to intelligent and/or fast beings.

A single Blue Crawla can be seen shuffling around Castle Eggman, though it is rarely seen due to its reclusive AI.

RoboFish

Another piranha-like robot, the RoboFish, nicknamed the "Stupid Dumb Unnamed RoboFish (or SDURF)" for its lack of actual title ("RoboFish" is speculative), swims in water and jumps out to hit intruders. Even less harmful than the Blue Crawla.

Factory Defense Force

Spring Shell

The Spring Shell has a spring on its shell, which makes it impossible to destroy by jumping on it. Only a spindash will take it out. Most have a green spring, which doesn't launch things that much. They don't drop their springs on death. There also are very rare yellow springed Spring Shells which launch things much higher and drop their spring on death, unlike green ones.

Buzz

The flying insectoid Buzz comes in two models: gold and red. The red Buzz is faster than the gold version.

Turret

An elite killer, the Turret slowly charges up then unleashes a hail of bullets on intruders. Overkill isn't in its vocabulary. Also, it must be crushed or submerged to be killed due to its excessive armor.

Mobana Sea Invasion

Jet Jaw

The piscine Jet Jaw was one of the only badniks used in the ancient underground ruins of Mobana. Piranha-like in behavior, they would angrily snap at swimmers nearby.

Skim

The bizarre-shaped Skim is a badnik designed to move on the water surface. Earlier models only consisted of a blind grey disk with buoyant sacs on the bottom, but newer ones are fitted with jets and propellers. They drop mines on anything dumb enough to stand under them.

Big Floating Mine

These Mines have limited mobility and explode on contact with anything. Simple but effective.

Egg Defense Force

Egg Knight

A hulking mass of metal, the Egg Knight is mostly spherical, save for its tiny head. It holds a lance in its arms and will defend the castle with it.

Egg Guard

In contrast to the Egg Knight, the Egg Guard is a small, frail humanoid that carries a shield so large, it must be pushed in order to move. The shield reflects projectiles and charging attackers away, and when the shield is knocked away, the little robot behind it will quickly chase after the intruder.

High ranking Egg Guards have Eggman's face painted on their shields.

Robo-Hood

The Robo-Hood is a silent sniper which prefers to chill on a ledge while shooting at intruders. It also jumps away if said intruders get too close.

Arid Canyon Invasion

Green Snapper

A turtle-like robot, the Green Snapper can be considered an upgrade of the Crawla model. It is fitted with a ring of sharp spikes that render only the shell breakable. It also has a toxic bite.

Bird Aircraft Strike Hazard

The BASH is a red bird badnik. Normally, they roost on the rocks, but when intruders approach, they jump up and fly after the intruder. They are incapable of changing direction in the air and must drop down to turn around.

Minus

A powerful green robot, the Minus has spinning drills for hands, which it uses to dig through the ground after intruders. When it positions itself directly underneath, it leaps out of the dirt and slashes with its drills.

Red Volcano Invasion

Unidus

A black robot with five spike balls orbiting it. The hovering Unidus uses them both as a shield and as a projectile to throw at annoying rocks (and any intruders) in its way.

Elite Defense Force

Snailer

Similar to a tiny Eggmobile, the yellow, gastropod-like Snailer moves up and down shooting lasers at intruders.

Sharp

A fearsome spinning robot, the Sharp's top is composed of a soft jelly-like substance that is covered in hard spikes. When agitated, its normally blue jelly turns red and it becomes invincible and very fast.

Jetty-Syn

The Jetty-Syn comes in two varieties. The green Bomber flies above intruders' heads and drops bombs. The brown Gunner flies around them and shoots rapid bullets. They're both dangerous and don't care about collateral damage.

Pop-up Turret

The Pop-up Turret periodically pops up to take a shot at intruders, then goes back to hiding where it isn't that visible. Jump on it in either state to destroy it.

Turret

An elite killer, the Turret slowly charges up then unleashes a hail of bullets on intruders. Overkill isn't in its vocabulary. Also, it must be crushed or submerged to be killed due to its excessive armor.

Disco Party Robots

There is a room where a robot disco party is constantly happening. Most robots from Eggman's army can be found partying here. Just don't come in uninvited. They will kill you. It is also said Eggman does most of his plotting here and that this party can be accessed through a certain red wall tile next to a laser boss, Super Ring Monitor and elevator in the Egg Rock...

Aerial Garden Invasion

Jetty-Syn

The Jetty-Syn comes in two varieties. The green Bomber flies above intruders' heads and drops bombs. The brown Gunner flies around them and shoots rapid bullets. They're both dangerous and don't care about collateral damage.

Bird Aircraft Strike Hazard

The BASH is a red bird badnik. Normally, they roost on the rocks, but when intruders approach, they jump up and fly after the intruder. They are incapable of changing direction in the air and must drop down to turn around.

Mobana Temple Invasion

AquaBuzz

The AquaBuzz is a blue Buzz surrounded by an air bubble, which is dropped when something destroys it. It's also even faster than the red model!

Trapgoyle

Not an Eggman robot, but rather a booby trap laid by the temple's creators. These Gargoyles shoot magical green flames which bypass Elemental Shield protection, meaning you still lose it to their fire.

Scrapped Models

Eggman has repeatedly gone back to improve his army with new robots. He has quite a lot in storage, should he need them.

Red Crawla

Was used in: Techno Hill

A faster Blue Crawla which is more armored to withstand Techno Hill's toxic slime. The Red Crawla was still not the best of robots, which is why the more useful Spring Shells replaced it.

Crawla Commander

Was used in: Techno Hill

The Crawla Commander angrily chases after intruders, dodging their retaliations. Its visor is easily glitched by ramming the Commander once. Once this happens, it instead chases intruders as if it were a pogo stick, no longer bothering to dodge their attacks. Eggman thought these Commanders had better things to do than defend a factory and so moved them to more important unknown locations.

Pointy

Was used in: Egg Rock

The Pointy is a smaller blue Unidus with four blue spike balls around it, in a vertical position. They only move when intruders move, and constantly face them so that their spikes always protect the Pointy. All remaining Pointy models had to be used in a complicated process to create the Unidus, which also required all Pointies in the Egg Rock.

Air Floating Mine

Was used in: Egg Rock

The Air Floating Mine was an air version of the Big Floating Mine. They were taken down, along with a superfluous slide which took up too much space. They were meant to be transported elsewhere, but they all exploded.
