Bubsy the Cat is a cat who has appeared in Mobius after going mad about losing his career, as well as his fame and fortune from another planet. He is based upon the character Bubsy from the game Bubsy 3D.

Physical Description Edit

Bubsy is a small, orange bobcat with no unique clothing attire, other than wearing a basic white long sleeved t-shirt with a red exclamation mark in the center of the shirt.

History Edit

Fame and Fortune Edit

Before Bubsy went mad, he was a famous star appearing in cartoons and shows, in which Bubsy has shown laughs and humor for children about his adventures, defeating aliens and such. Living in an unknown planet, Bubsy's careeer was as lively as his dream as he continued appearing in children's shows days on end, in order to accomplish his dream.

Losing Career/Arriving Mobius Edit

After appearing in children's shows, however, the producers were facing extreme budget cuts and are no longer able to keep airing the show for Bubsy and are forced to fire him due to no longer being needed for the upcoming sequel. After being fired and his dreams being shattered, Bubsy slowly became mad as a hatter and, in one final desperation to revive his lifelong dream, creates a newly-made rocket powered by an atom, but this results in a sudden teleportation into a different dimension. Little does he know he has teleported himself inside planet Mobius. He later wanders around in search for a better life, yielding negative results when meeting up with Mobians...

Abilities Edit

His abilities, none which are useful against stronger foes, are flying, jumping mid-to-high air and gliding for a short period of time, including landing on top of enemies if they are at least a foot shorter than him. He bears to have little strength due to his overall physique. Also, he can shoot atoms as projectile weapons, though it is not as dangerous as regular atoms as Bubsy's version of it behaves no more than a normal projectile weapon and inflicts minimal damage to enemies.

Weaknesses Edit

Due to his low strength, Bubsy is relatively a weak character with little or no powerful attacks; furthermore, he is incapable of dodging attacks due to the fact that he walks in a straight line and not sideways, as turning in a different direction takes roughly about 3 to 5 seconds, leaving him very vulnerable. Despite being able to jump to dodge Ground Attacks, Aerial-based attacks, as well as certain attacks that are wide-ranged or long-ranged, can still inflict damage upon him, leaving him no way to evade incoming attacks. While he can take at least three hits from basic attacks, powerful attacks can be considered lethal for Bubsy; if he "dies" after getting hit three times (or once), he dies in a completely odd fashion, such as being immolated into ashes, being electrocuted (despite no Electrical attacks inflicted upon him), exploding himself into shards of glass, and the like.

Personality Edit

Prior to becoming mad and insane, Bubsy is an enthusiastic, brave, heartwarming and lively character. When his career plummeted and being fired by producers, he became a lunatic while still keeping his lively behavior. When interacting with people, he seems to interact with anyone around him, regardless of their alignments. However, after a few minutes of interaction, Bubsy becomes a talking chatterbox with almost no end to stop talking for even a second (much like Bean would), which can irritate other characters around him and eventually lead from annoyance to anger. His bland sense of humor also leads to being either severely injured or instant death.

Also, Bubsy is a complete nuisance to the public due to the fact he walks (or runs) in a straight line in an odd fashion and that he turns a direction slowly, which embarasses everyone around him and even implying Bubsy to walk properly numerous times, which almost never works for the disgraced star.
