Cloe was always babied by her parents(Much to her disgust). Like Spazz they wanted Cloe to have a professional job. They wanted her to become a lawyer.However Cloe always envisioned the life of a punk princess. She left home(unlike Spazz who was kicked out) at 16(her current age) to accomplish her dreams. She eventually became successful enough to work at party's and schools. Her fame grew as she met famous recording artist "Def Big". He played over her demo tape and was impressed by her sounds and "vibes". Cloe became famous! Her songs have even been played on her brother's radio station

Cloe is a very punk rock kinda girl.At the same time however she can be very feminine. Cloe is loud and always gets her point across. She loves to party and hang out. She always pictures herself at the top, never being below anyone. Cloe also is only somewhat flirty, however she is often hit on. Cloe is never really polite and loves to run a muck wherever she goes. When she is bored she finds means to make the situation fun(for her and her friends at least). Cloe is a very determined, loud, energetic, fun girl and is often defined as a tease. When it comes to dating Cloe looks for her opposite. She feels she gets enough of the partying and loudness everyday. She likes a genuine guy who shows that he cares about her. Cloe has to feel safe in the guy's arms.
Abilities Edit
Cloe is a technokinetic as well as a psychokinetic. She can control all technology as well as short circuit electrical flows. Cloe rarely uses her abilities, because she has no use for them. Cloe like Silver can move objects with her mind. She can also wipe people's memories, read minds, fly using her ability, and stop attacks with her pyschokinesis. Cloe is obviously a very good singer. She is able to sell out tickets in a day.

- Cloe looks very similar to Spazz's female counterpart Spazzmine. However Spazzmine has a hip-hop look and also is as funny and more sarcastic than Spazz. This naturally makes her and Spazzmine rivals(Technically counting as Sibling Rivalry)
- Cloe despite being best friends with her brother Spazz, is pretty much Spazz's polar opposite. In fact the only thing they have in common is there creativity and love for music and expressionism.
