‘’Dark the Bat (ダークバット, meaning “Dark Bat”) is a 12 year old bat who can manipulate dark energy, he currently lives in Club Rouge.

PersonalityEdit

Dark is calm and peaceful, but when he's annoyed, Dark will start to get hotheaded. He is willing to lend people a helping hand, and has a soft spot for women. Dark is also very shy because he hardly ever talks. He doesn't look at you straight in the eye when having a conversation.

StrengthsEdit

Dark has Tenobrikinesis, the mental manipulation of dark matter. This makes him quite powerful; the following powers he commonly uses are listed below;

StrengtheningEdit

With the control over dark energy, comes the capability to thrive in it. Dark has the ability to passively make himself stronger in low light areas such as a cave. With Dark being a bat, he is also adept to thriving in dark areas, making him perfect when fighting a dark space.

AbsorptionEdit

Due to the capability to become powerful in darkness, Dark can also void an area of darkness to make him invincible for short periods of time. Due to the duration of this, it does serve itself as a weakness, making Dark use it only during night time or in a very dark area.

PhasingEdit

Dark uses this move more than once, it is quite convenient actually because it grants Dark the ability to phase through solid objects, like bullets and walls, and even into other organisms, controlling them for short periods of time. Dark also uses phasing to get food, such as phasing into fast food places and vending machines.

TeleportationEdit

This is actually a form of phasing that compresses Dark into the distance between time and space, meaning that Dark can shift from one area to another within seconds. It requires lots of concentration as Dark can get stuck between dimensions and dissipate from all existence.

Vanishing LightEdit

Dark can use Tenobrikinesis for replacing light with darkness, making him have invincibility for longer periods of time. The only issue with this, is Dark will become very drowsy after using this, and my even pass out.

Creating Rays of DarknessEdit

Dark can use the 'Vanishing Light' technique to create small blasts of darkness. This is one common form of attack Dark uses besides melee combat, however, he becomes drowsy after overuse, and can pass out, but blasts are a very good way of self-defense, as they can hardly kill.

Creating Blasts of DarknessEdit

One of the hardest moves Dark has yet. Using the creation of dark rays, he can bundle them to create a huge blast that annihilates close to every non-reflective surface around Dark. Of course, he knows how to make these blasts around his friends. Due to the amount of energy this uses, Dark passes out quickly after using this move.

Creating Solid Shields of DarknessEdit

Making solid objects of darkness is one thing, a shield is another. Dark usually doesn't make any other form of solid darkness besides a shield. There are regulations Dark follows when making a shield and these are that the shield must be thick enough to block close to anything and that the shield must be translucent, so you can see the action taking place. As with blasts, he'll pass out after doing this.

Manipulation of Time and SpaceEdit

This is the hardest attack move Dark uses; it warps time and space causing black holes and sudden changing of molecular speed, making things become extremely hot and radioactive. As the hardest attack move, this can make Dark pass out instantly after loosening the attack.

Time TravelEdit

The hardest thing Dark can do. When concentrated enough however, this can teleport Dark, his friends and enemies as far back as several centuries ago. Due to how hard it is, Dark hardly uses it, and tends to pass out for days after doing time travel.

As a bat, Dark has these powers as well, which in some way actually heighten his powers of Tenobrikinesis. These powers include;

FlightEdit

Using the wings on his back, Dark has the ability to fly, glide, soar, and jump very far distances. This prevents him from being damaged by massive blasts making him seem like an aerial assault to his enemies.

Night VisionEdit

With control of darkness this would be excellent for lurking among you're own element. The trick is a reflective muscle under the eye that reflects light, making you gain more light from a dark area.

EcholocationEdit

A form of natural sonar, Dark can navigate in the dark with his own ears! The only issue is his sensitivity to noise, meaning a loud noise can easily render him unconscious.

Programming ExperienceEdit

From hacking computers and vending machines, Dark is fluent in C, C++, C#, Visual Basic, Python, JavaScript, Pascal, Java, Batch, and Binary, making him the ultimate computer hacker and programmer.

Melee CombatEdit

Dark's abilities in hand to hand combat are very good; he commonly uses a pocket knife or a sickle in fight, but is known to throw some kicks at his foes.

WeaknessesEdit

With Tenobrikinesis, Dark has an extreme weakness to light. He cannot see quite well in bright areas, and he is much weaker in light. It is also his own power that sets him off emotionally. Being a manifestation of dark matter, and being good, the other people confuse him with a villain, making him thing he is worthless in a fight against evil, and that his powers are only needed for the evil side, which is why he never uses his dark powers unless really needed.

His social incompatibilities put him off in combat, he will easily get distracted by the cries of a girl, and stop all his plans to save a single life. He hardly communicates in battle, so his excellent planning skills are commonly doubted. Dark is also a bit fearful during battles, and may run away from tough situations. His overflow of testosterone also makes him extremely aggressive sometimes, and it will cause him to overuse his power.

General InfoEdit

Dark is usually seen in abandoned apartment complexes or any other form of shelter, where he survives off of what he can find. He is constantly under target by G.U.N. due to his extreme power, but with the over use of power, and undernourishment, he's gotten very skinny, cold, and limp, requiring him to wear thick layers of clothing no matter what the temperature is. He now lives in Club Rouge with his sister Rouge.

HistoryEdit

Dark was created 10 years ago in Space Colony ARK; he was the first model to be G.U.N.'s ultimate weapon, making him powerful and unstable. When he was 11, Dark was treated with the ADRV - 252 virus to stop his age degeneration. The treatment caused his testosterone to rise extremely, making him go angry and unstable. With this rise in male hormone, Dark not only hit puberty, but formed his weakness to pretty girls, his muscle tone, and faster reflexes.

In response, Dark had been constantly targeted by G.U.N. as a response to the attack, and Dark's testosterone is still in high levels, making him slip away from his plans due to anger, girls, or just needing to do physical activity, making him more powerful. With his better control of power, G.U.N. is scared Dark may rise again and kill off the city.

Not long ago, Dark formed a close alliance with Thevery the Hedgebat, causing G.U.N. to keep their distance, and suddenly, Dark became alone. Now, G.U.N. has sent the smart and beautiful Fluffy the Cat, to spy on Dark, and it was realized Dark isn't evil at all, but simply trying to stabilize his power, and use his hormonal imbalance to help his powers be both powerful and less destructive.

Thevery the HedgebatEdit

Thevery and Dark both bumped into each other at Thieves Kingdom, it was then Dark had a crush on her since. It was finally when Dark wanted to make a move, he gave her a Chaos Emerald and the relationship traveled on from there. After a long time, Dark felt abandoned, and so he became single again.

Maria the Cloned EchidnaEdit

Maria was a clone made by Eggman to make all the greatest enemies of him to fall in love with Maria and bring her to Eggman. In a nutshell, she was made for sex and violence. Wearing hardly any clothes, she made Dark fall in love with her and made an army with him. It was later that Dark snapped out of the trance and began to resist Maria's cries for more; Dark took out a pocket knife and gutted Maria while she was on top of him. Since that, they've hated each other.

Astrid "Lightning" the HedgehogEdit

It looked like love at first sight for the two, until Falco was found the culprit of another relationship with Astrid while Dark wasn't looking. Dark invaded Falco's mind, until realizing Astrid was a power-hungry nutcase.

Fluffy the CatEdit

Fluffy was a spy sent by G.U.N. to get Dark, and learn his weaknesses. It was later realized that Dark only needed to relax, and stabilize himself to learn more on his powers so he can channel his hormones into making more powerful attacks, and not make him angry to the point of making destructive attacks. Eventually, Dark realized that he was meant for Thevery, and left Fluffy.

Assassin the HedgehogEdit

Dark first met Assassin in a car lot, and Assassin gave him food. Since then, Dark got himself together and now sees Assassin as a role model to him. However, the two still fight occasionally.

Airon "Jonic" Hikarikaze the OokamiEdit

When Dark met Assassin, he met Jonic. They hardly talk to each other nowadays, but he knows Jonic as a friend.

Cyrus the FoxEdit

Dark protected Cyrus from Grief, a battle that nearly costed his life. Now Dark has gotten along with Cyrus just fine, making sure he's okay from Grief and all the other hoodlums who want to do him harm.

Miles "Tails" ProwerEdit

Dark had met Tails while hacking an Eggman robot, Tails was quite impressed and since then the two became good friends.

Shadow the HedgehogEdit

Dark met Shadow when they were on the run from G.U.N., now that Shadow is with the military, Dark gets advice on how to join. Dark see's Shadow as a friend because he too doesn't remember his early life.

Rouge the BatEdit

Dark had thought Rouge was a nice lady until she called G.U.N. to come in and kill Dark. Dark went on a rampage and killed all the soldiers, and went right after Rouge, wishing to kill her without darkness. He nearly succeeded, knocking Rouge unconscious, until Dark began to feel sick and realized he had a slight empathy link with Rouge. The two now live together as brother and sister.

Falco the EagleEdit

They had a rough start when he found out Astrid was with Falco, but Dark eventually saw Astrid as a nutcase and walked off from the whole thing.

Thevery the HedgebatEdit

Fluffy the CatEdit

Fluffy was a spy sent by G.U.N. to spy on Dark, she and Dark later showed that they had feelings for each other, and Fluffy finally confessed she was a spy, making Dark go mad, he figured out how to channel his darkness into a small ball of solid darkness, without passing out. He looked at Fluffy and said that he was sorry, and the relationship went on forever.

Astrid the HedgehogEdit

It looked like love at first sight for the two, until Falco was found the culprit of another relationship with Astrid while Dark wasn't looking. Dark invaded Falco's mind, until realizing Astrid was a power-hungry nutcase.

Sonic the HedgehogEdit

Dark is a friend to Sonic, but seems to dislike his optimistic ways, as Dark is a realist, and views things the way they are.

Cream the RabbitEdit

Dark trusts her, and really enjoys her ways to get around violence. Dark also likes Cheese the Chao very well.

The military chased after Dark as long as he can remember. He's gained very little of their trust, but he's no longer considered Public Enemy #3, but #7, actually less ranking his girlfriend Thevery at #6, ever since G.U.N. realized Dark is just trying to settle his powers and hormones. He is no longer in the list, and is respected as an ally to G.U.N.

Dr. Ivo "Eggman" RobotnikEdit

Eggman wanted Dark's power, so he sent Maria to get Dark. Eventually, Dark thinks Eggman is nothing more than a nutcase like Astrid.

Maria the Cloned EchidnaEdit

Ever since Maria healed from that gutting, Maria has not wanted to flirt and make love with Dark anymore, she means business now, and she'll bring it in the sexiest and deadliest way possible.
