Dixie Kwill is a character created by Manta-bee, who put her up for adoption, then adopted by KaiserDarque.
History
Personality
Dixie is very excitable. She harbors a complete distaste for "The Man", and will go out of her way to destroy or generally ruin the plans of any authority figures, organisations or corporations she finds. She is also afflicted by slight paranoia.
Dixie also seems to enjoy pain, whether inflicting or receiving it. However, she won't just harm random or innocent people for fun, in the same way that she won't harm herself just to feel pain; she just considers hurting anyone who gets in her way or being hurt a bonus to whatever she may be doing.
Also, Dixie's sexuality is unknown, as she will offhandedly flirt with males or females to get what she wants, or just to annoy them. She isn't ridiculously promiscious a la Toxic/Toxodisia, flirting for the sake of it, and she never goes as over-the-top, but she knows how to use her 'feminine wiles' to get out of a sticky situation (or more often than not, into one.) It is presumed she is bisexual.
However, despite all this, Dixie is not evil; her intentions are always good, albeit in a twisted way, and she is extremely loyal; she demonstrates frequently her willingness to die for her friends and her causes, and never to compromise on what she believes in.
Abilities
Dixie carries a deadly power; the attribute of Destruction. She can either release it in pure bursts of energy, obliterating everything in their path, or charge objects with it, causing them to explode.
She also has detachable quills which grow back instantly; they can be removed and used as projectiles.
As weapons, she carries two specially-modified semi-automatic crossbows.
She often combines the above powers by using charged quills as crossbow bolts.
While this isn't a confirmed power, she does seem to be able to have ridiculous stamina, frequently throwing herself off of large buildings or out of windows for quick escapes.
Weaknesses
Her Destruction powers are naturally weak to Creation powers, obviously, and her strength and speed (while trained to the peak of their abilities) are only those of a trained normal Mobian.
