Lu-Lu the Ocelot resides in the City of Olara. She is a highschool student attending Preppington Highschool. She has her own racing team, that rivals many other teams within the city. She owns the "Lu-Lu's Lovely's" team. A group of three girls and two boys. She of course is the leader.

Lu-Lu was born to the rich and famous "Ocelot Family" of Olara. Her father owns "Ocelot Incorporated" a large manufacturing company. Her mother is the vice-president of the same company. Lu-Lu is the most popular (and stuck-up girl) in Prepington Private School. Lu-Luis also most likely the richest girl in the whole city. She loves attention, and was born with a silver spoon in her mouth.
Personality[]
Lu-Lu can be very conceited, and cocky. She loves attention and winning. She usually has silly crushes,and acts as the stereotypical "mean girl" with her own posse and all. She enjoys music, gossip, and shopping, She is spoiled rotten, and has a large chip on her shoulder. Lu-Lu is the girl most people love to hate. She is followed around by her group. They often find time to practice, and their hang-out is the "Olara Geisers". Lu-Lu hates losing very much, and will throw a fit when she does lose. She has tried many a time to buy her victory at the Blades Tournament.
Oce-Lu-Lu Blades[]
Oce-Lu-Lu Blades, are as the name suggest, owned by Lu-Lu the Ocelot. They are very fast blades designed specifically for her. They are capable of accelerating at great speeds, as well as having natural speed. They themselves are not so bad in control the Lu-Lu is still inexperienced, and may often crash. Ironically Lu-Lu is the worst member of her team despite being the leader. Lu-Lu's blades also cannot be used for high jumps, as too much impact can severely damage them.

Fire the Hedgehog[]
Fire is Lu-Lu's main rival. She also dislikes him because he denied her when she asked him out. The two often argue, and Fire easily annoys Lu-Lu. Though it is still possible their is romantic feelings shared between the two. Lu-Lu and Fire may sometimes seem like friendly rivals, while other times they may seem like pure enemies.
KarnE Rogers[]
Lu-Lu dislikes KarnE. Not because he is human, but because he wouldn't accept her bribe so she could win the tournament. Though she shows respect for him, she often is envious of him.
Jacob the Hare[]
Being that Jacob got a scholarship to her school, and is a geeky little kid who skipped a grade, Lu-Lu dislikes Jacob. She is disgusted by his romantic passes towards her. She doesn't consider him much competition, and refers to him as "it" or "thing".

Lu-Lu is highly annoyed by Kairu. Lu-Lu sees Kairu, as almost a mirror for what she really is. She calls, him a bully (the smelly, insecure, non-cool ones), a cheater, and often belittles him. The two are quick to share insults, but there may be a hidden respect on Lu-Lu's part.
Theme Song[]
Lu-Lu's theme song is Bulletproof, by English electropop group La Roux. The song for Lu-Lu represents her struggle to become a better racer, and to eventually win the Blades Tournament. She is saying that she won't be affected by her losses from the past, and she will keep coming back stronger than ever. The first line "Been there, done that, messed around, I'm having fun, don't put me down,I'll never let you sweep me off my feet," is a clear example of this. "I won't let you in again,The messages I've tried to send,My information's just not going in." actually speaks of Lu-Lu trying to tell Fire she likes him.
"Burning bridges, shore to shore," symbolizes Lu-Lu's tendency to get on people's bad side. "And tell me now, I'm much too proud. To walk away from something when it's dead." is a clear example of how Lu-Lu won't walk away from her team, because of her pride, and her hidden faith in them. "Tick tick tick tick on the watch now, Life's too short for me to stop -Oh baby, your time is running out," this verse though hidden in between the lines, speaks of Lu-Lu's materialistic mindset, and how she is the richest girl in town meaning she always gets her way sooner or later, again referring to the Blade's Tournament.

- Lu-Lu's ribbon design is inspired by the 1950's era, while her school outfit is inspired by Serah from Final Fantasy 13.
