Magnetic Lines is a useful Magnetism-based technique, which is capable of causing damage and lowering an opponent's speed drastically.

DescriptionEdit

The user magnetizes a pair of strings or other long flexible objects, before swinging both at their targets. Each person the magnetized lines wraps around often gets an electrical shock transmitted down the length of the line, while it also restrains their movement, slowing them harshly. However, the technique suffers from a slight accuracy loss, and often takes a few tries to actually hit it's target, if they are moving at high speeds.
