Two Kinds of Heroes
Edit
Rotor goes with Antoine, Sally & Bunnie to Eggopolis with the aim of taking out one of Robotnik's mech factories. However, he is captured and briefly tortured before he involuntarily teleports to Stalag 13. Here, Rotor assists Tails & Kinchloe in building a teleporter machine to get back home. He stays behind with Knuckles, Sally, Kinchloe, Antoine & LeBeau to keep a lookout while Sonic & the others go to destroy the tank factory. In the end, Rotor gets back home with his friends and destroys the mech factory.
The Fakest Things Alive
Edit
In the beginning, Rotor is building a laser cannon to shoot down enemy aircraft, but he needs some battery packs for it, so he asks Sonic to get some. Sonic manages to get the batteries, but is inadvertently sent back in time. As a result, Silver takes Rotor & the remaining Freedom Fighters into the future to show them what will happen if Sonic is gone. When they get back, Rotor goes with Antoine to find Sonic. Along the way, they encounter Rouge & Shadow.
The next day, Rotor finds out that somebody's completely disassembled his laser cannon, so he must hurry to put it back together before anything happens. Near the end, Rotor & Tails give the laser its first test when they use it to shoot down a bunch of stealthbots. The test is successful, but the cannon runs out of battery power. Even worse, there are still a few stealthbots remaining. Luckily, Sonic arrives just in time and destroys them.
And Down Will Come Sonic – Cradle and All
Edit
Rotor & Sally tend to Sonic's wound after he steps on a spike. When Sonic falls asleep, Rotor appears in a couple of his dreams. In the real world, he gives Sally the spike that Sonic stepped on for analysis. NICOLE's analysis reveals it to be coated with sodium barboxide, a deadly poison that puts victims in an eternal sleep. Luckily, Tails brings back some Mobian Dragonflowers for an antidote, so Rotor processes them and administers the antidote. Eventually, the antidote works its wonder, allowing Sonic to escape his nightmares and destroy Robotnik's Atomic Decoupler.
Mighty Sonic
Edit
Of course, Rotor is a fan of Super Changin' Muscle Rangers. He especially likes the Vords (Zords) from the show. In fact, he’s such a big fan that he constructed some real Vords himself, and they come in handy when the Freedom Fighters have to rescue the stars of Super Changin' Muscle Rangers. In fact, the Vords that Rotor constructed are so real, they can even go into MegaVord Mode. As a result, the Freedom Fighters hand another defeat to Dr. Robotnik and end up rescuing the Muscle Rangers stars. After the rescue, Rotor can be seen talking to Harry Cranston, the actor who plays David Williams – the blue Muscle Ranger. Harry is impressed that somebody actually built fully-functional Vords. Speaking of Vords, Sonic asks Rotor why they don’t use them more often. Rotor reveals that they used up too much fuel and only worked well with a rare crystal alloy.

Sonic Hotcakes
Edit
Rotor, like the other Freedom Fighters, tries his hand at giving Robotnik a peace offering. However, unlike the other Freedom Fighters, he doesn't give Robotnik hotcakes. Instead, he gives him a machine that cooks hotcakes. Robotnik still gets mad and destroys the machine, but Rotor gets away unharmed.
