Shine the Hedgehog is the son of Silver the Hedgehog and Amy Rose from the far future. His partner is Fetalia the Dark, who comes from the same timeline as he does. Like Fetalia, he comes to the past either to have a good time or to stop a tragic event that drastically affects their timeline.

HistoryEdit

Shine was born a few months after Silver decided to visit the past and eventually got into a relationship with Amy Rose. Shortly after his birth, Silver was killed by Nazo the Hedgehog and his army of Uber-Seedrians and most of his childhood had moments of him and his mother, who was later killed by the same enemy. He had never met his father, Silver, but his mother was able to somehow teach him how to perfect and master the Psychokenisis bestowed upon him by his father at birth. She also taught him all about the speed he had and the amazing tricks he could do, just before she was killed.

Shortly after this, he met his future partner, Fetalia, and he has been head-over-heels for her ever since. Since this day, the two have been fighting for the sake of their timeline, combatting evil in every single way. Shine also inherits his parents' kind heart, but hasty judgment and is also a bit immature and impatient like his parents were.

RelationshipsEdit

• Fetalia the Dark: Fetalia and Shine have known each other since she had awoken from the lab tube she was being held in for centuries. Shine was the very first person Fetalia bumped into and since then, they've fought together against the evils of the world. Since the day they met, the two have had immense feelings for each other, but they're too shy and afraid to admit it.
• Cosmo the Seedrian: In Shine and Fetalia's timeline, Cosmo is an immense help, assisting them in giving them helpful advice on how to defeat their enemies. She has limited powers in battle, so she is mostly an advisor to them in their adventures. Even when they have to go into the past to fix time, Cosmo still maintains contact with them through either their commlinks, or through a psychic link in their heads that only Shine and Fetalia can hear and speak to.
• Amy Rose: Shine never knew his father, so most of his childhood was spent with his mother, Amy Rose. Minus the training to get Shine to perfect the powers he has, Shine and Amy had only a few memories together, but they still cared for each other until the Uber-Seedrians came and killed her. Now, whenever Shine goes to the past, he tries his best to share as many moments with his soon-to-be-mother as possible.
• Sonic the Hedgehog: Shine has a great grudge with Sonic after he broke Amy's heart and revealed he liked Blaze more than Sonic. Shine does not forgive and forget and has a great rivalry with him whenever they come across each other, however, they do occasionally work together.
• Team Dark: Shine doesn't seem to like Team Dark, but he doesn't hate them as much as Fetalia does. He finds Rouge to be really hot, much to Fetalia's jealousy. Shine also often gets on Shadow and Omega's nerves by making smart-ass comments and insults at them.

PowersEdit

Like his parents, Shine possesses Psychokenetic powers (from his father, Silver), super-speed, agility, and spectacular striking power. He also knows some of the powers of the Chaos Emeralds, but he has only been seen using Chaos Control. When he has all seven Sol Emeralds (or something that is similar or just as powerful), he can transform into Super Shine.
