Twilight Cage is a bonus level in The Chronicles of Sonic the Hedgehog: Rise of the Heroes. It is unlocked by unlocking Shade as a playable character. It is also her home stage in Challenge Mode.

Nocturnal GateEdit

Nocturnal Gate is the first Act of Twilight Cage. It is pretty much the same from Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood. It is a dark urban fortress, with large walls, a river of lava and underground tunnels with neon lights. There are many Gravitus in this level which serve as common enemies.

Nocturnal KingdomEdit

Nocturnal Kingdom is the second Act of Twilight Cage. It is very similar to its first Act. Again, the level only takes place on the Nocturne. There are many passageways in this level and many Gravitus to battle with. There are also bridges with torches and underground reservoirs.

Boss: Gravitus OwlEdit

The Gravitus Owl is a large mechanical Gravitus in the shape of an owl. It is very big. Its primary attacks involve strong wind turbulences, breathing fire and attacking with its large nails. The Boss flies around the stage. The player must chase after it and use some large cannons and catapults detected on the bridges of the city to shoot at it.
