Zenzei is known to be the most oldest witch in all of Hayashi, infact, it is believed she is the one who helped the goddess create the Southern Border. Zenzei's background is a bit unknown even to her due to her age. Zenzei does not recall any human memories, and due to her strong powers of magic she can even summon powerful creatures under her spell. Zenzei once tried to destroy the Southern Border in attempt to release all the powerful demons over running the place, Zenzei said that the demons were wrecking the place and destroying the very reason the Southern Border was created for. However she was stopped by the efforts of both Mia and Mariko, but it is unknown that she gived up, or was really defeated.

Zenzei, a very old and powerful witch, so old that she lost the colors in her hair and eyes. She is known to suck the energy of the earth to give her inner youth so she doesn't act like an old hag. She is usually calm and neutral, however when she is provoked she released an alternate personality of someone agressive and insane. Despite her powers over the dark arts, she remains untouched by tainted mana. Like most magicians she also has an apprentice, who's name is Rough and is known to be a powerful however slighlty moronic shikigami. If anything happened to Mia when she's protecting the border Zenzei is her secret back up.

A spell that summons a strange darkness from Zenzei's Arms
Shikigami Sign- Ater Diabolus
A spell that summons a devil of darkness to do her bidding
Dark Sign- Valens Flatus
Zenzei blasts great lasers of darkness

Zenzei summons several demons of darkness with her shikigami paper
Black Magic- The Great Disaster
A spell that Zenzei uses to create a random tragic disaster, from earthquakes to tornados.
Demonic Light- Swords of Hecate
Zenzei summons swords of darkness, her most common move, she also can summon toss them with magic
Blood Elf Magic- Blood is Power
Zenzei's most powerful spell, in which she destroy's her body and all her blood morphs and grows into a big black monster. She can easily regenerate her body though...
